Хочу просто сказать ВСЕМ администраторам проекта BIGSTAR Project
Перечитайте правила и выучите.
В ином случае - ЧИТАЙТЕ ПРАВИЛА хотябы иногда.
Читать правила или знать правила будучи админом - похвально, а не знать правила - уже плохо

На самом деле,всё очень плачевно.
У нас ~70 Админов и только единицы знают все правила.
Не знаю,что за фетиш у них такой: "Получить пинок под зад , а только потом хоть что-нибудь учить из правил".
